July GMM: Baijiu Tasting Night
Join the Honolulu Chinese Jaycees for our July General Membership Meeting featuring an exciting Baijiu Tasting Night, hosted by HCJ President Stanley Yu.
Discover the rich history and unique flavors of baijiu (白酒), China’s iconic national spirit and one of the world’s oldest distilled liquors. Whether you’re completely new to baijiu or already a fan, this interactive tasting experience will introduce you to its diverse aroma profiles, cultural significance, and traditions.
In addition to the tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Learn about the history and production of baijiu.
* Network with HCJ members, young professionals, and guests.
* Hear the latest updates on upcoming HCJ events and community initiatives.
* Meet prospective members and experience what the Honolulu Chinese Jaycees is all about.
