HCJ is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make the Miss Chinatown Hawaii Pageant a memorable experience for contestants, families, and our community.

Whether you're looking to earn volunteer hours, gain event experience, or give back to the community, we'd love to have you join our team.

📅 Date: Saturday, August 29, 2026
🕗 Time: Various volunteer shifts available from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (specific shift times will be announced closer to the event)
📍 Location: Hawaii Theatre

Volunteers are needed throughout the day to assist with:

• Event setup

• Event Security

• Stage Hands

• Contestant and backstage support

• Program and stage assistance

• Curtain Puller

• General event operations

• Event breakdown

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Volunteers are a vital part of making this prestigious event a success while preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of Honolulu's Chinatown community.
